An overseas student is defined as any person who has no right of residence within the EU or someone who has not resided within the EU for the previous three years to the relevant date of 1st September, 1st January or 1st April (whichever is closest to the start of the course).

European Union Status

Home student is any person who has a right of residence within the EU and who has resided within the EU for the previous three years to the relevant date of 1st September, 1st January or 1st April (whichever is closest to the start of the course).

This also includes:
- Students who have been granted refugee status.
- Students who have applied for, or are in the process of applying for, refugee status and have been given means tested benefits.

NB: Wherever possible applicants are advised to attend an interview. Any student who is planning to visit the UK, should telephone the College for an appointment to meet with lecturers or Course Advisors for an informal discussion as it regards their specific areas of interest.

Courses commence in September, January and April
We do work with students to provide or assist in obtaining accommodations

PLEASE NOTE IT IS NOT LIKELY THAT STUDENTS WILL BE GRANTED VISAS FOR COURSES UNDER 15 HOURS PER WEEK, i.e., PART-TIME OR EVENING STUDY.

The College does not offer financial/sponsorship to overseas students.

Non-European Union students are required to submit applications by post.

Overseas fees should be paid in full, however, in some cases, the college does enter into a contractual individual payment plan (IPP) arrangement with students about long-term fee payment.

• Overseas students must bring their passports with them to enrolment.
